This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in long-term care environments, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe, compassionate, and efficient community where residents thrive. •Salary Range - $150,000 to $175,000/year Responsibilities Provide comprehensive management of all facility operations, including staff supervision, resident care, and administrative functions. Develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans for residents, including memory care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and other specialized needs. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities. Lead efforts in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to promote operational efficiency. Supervise clinical staff responsible for medication administration, nursing services, and home & community care activities. Foster a positive environment that emphasizes resident-centered care, safety protocols, and staff development. Collaborate with social workers and other healthcare professionals to support residents' well-being and transition planning. Qualifications Valid license as a Nursing Home Administrator or equivalent credential required. Proven experience in nursing home management or senior care settings with a focus on assisted living or group home environments. Extensive knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's support strategies, and memory care programs. Strong leadership skills with prior supervising experience in long-term or home & community care settings. Familiarity with operations management including budgeting, financial acumen, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or complex medical needs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff, residents' families, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies.
