The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the community, including regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality outcomes, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in skilled nursing operations and team development. Responsibilities Oversee daily community operations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Lead and support department directors and management staff Manage budgets and financial performance Drive quality outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement Recruit, develop, and retain team members Collaborate with corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals Qualifications Current Virginia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of three years of Nursing Home Administrator experience Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management Assisted living and memory care experience preferred Qualified candidates should submit a resume for confidential consideration.
