What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development Build, mentor, and support a high-performing leadership team Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth Lead by example while promoting teamwork and collaboration Inspire team members to deliver exceptional resident experiences Resident Care & Community Excellence Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents Maintain a resident-centered approach to care and service Promote a welcoming, supportive environment for residents, families, and visitors Support quality initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction and outcomes Operations & Compliance Oversee all community operations and daily functions Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations Maintain community standards, policies, and procedures Monitor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement Community Relations & Growth Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners Represent the community professionally within the local market Support occupancy growth and community outreach efforts Strengthen the community's reputation through exceptional leadership and service Financial Performance Understand and manage community financial performance Meet or exceed budgeted goals and operational targets Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for improvement Utilize creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to drive results QualificationsRequired Active Administrator License in the State of Virginia Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience Proven leadership experience in a senior living, healthcare, or long-term care environment Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational management Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Virginia 2-5 years of previous administrative leadership experience Flexible schedule and ability to respond to community needs as required The Ideal Candidate Passionate about serving seniors Strong relationship builder and team developer Strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills Organized and detail-oriented Financially minded and results-driven Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment Creative, innovative, and solution-focused Professional, approachable, and accountable Benefits & Perks We value our leaders and offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, well-being, and professional success.
