Overview We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee the operations of a comprehensive senior care facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in long-term care management, including assisted living, memory care, and dementia care, with a strong emphasis on leadership, operational excellence, and resident-centered services. Must have an active Nursing Home Administrator License Previous experience either as a LNHA and Assistant Administrator Minimum 2-5 years administrator experience Duties Manage daily operations of the nursing home or assisted living facility, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer's and dementia care. Supervise clinical staff, including nurses and caregiving teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality resident care. Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable facility operations. Ensure medication administration protocols are followed accurately and safely by staff members. Coordinate with social workers and community resources to support residents' social well-being and transition needs. Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and prepare for inspections or audits as needed. Lead initiatives to improve resident satisfaction, safety protocols, and overall facility quality standards. Manage staff recruitment, training programs, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development. Facilitate communication between residents' families, healthcare providers, and staff to promote transparency and trust.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
