Job Description

Interim Nursing Home Administrator Location:
Lacey, WA Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator for a skilled nursing facility in the Lacey, Washington market.
This Opportunity Offers:
Immediate interim leadership opportunity with a skilled nursing operator Full operational oversight of the facility, including census, staffing, regulatory compliance, and financial performance Ability to make an immediate impact within an established team Competitive interim compensation package
Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the skilled nursing facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Drive clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and census performance Lead, mentor, and support department heads and facility staff Manage staffing, budgeting, and financial performance Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners Partner with regional leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals Prepare the facility for surveys and oversee any regulatory follow-up activities
Qualifications:
Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing environment Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey management, and facility operations Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities Track record of driving positive clinical, operational, and financial outcomes Ability to start on an interim basis in the Lacey, WA market
