We're looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled Resident Services Director to lead care operations at Fountain Court Senior Living in Maple Valley, WA . The perfect candidate will be someone who brings both clinical expertise and a genuine heart for older adults. About the Role The Resident Services Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all resident care and services. This is a key leadership position with full accountability for clinical quality, staff management, regulatory compliance, and resident well-being. What You'll Do Oversee resident care plans, assessments, and negotiated service plans for all residents Hire, schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate caregiving staff Manage medication administration, electronic medication records, and clinical documentation Ensure regulatory compliance with all applicable state and federal standards Monitor incidents and accidents; lead investigations and corrective action planning Partner with residents, families, physicians, and external healthcare providers Coordinate with the RN Case Manager on clinical concerns and changes in condition Manage staffing budgets and verify labor hours in partnership with the Executive Director Cover shifts in emergency situations and participate in on-call rotation

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Current NAR, HCA, or CNA credential Specialty training in dementia care and mental health Nurse Delegation Certification to include focus on diabetes Working knowledge of assisted living regulations and older adult nursing care Current CPR and First Aid certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) Schedule Full-time Weekend availability required On-call rotation shared with Executive Director Must be available to cover shifts in emergency situations

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; push/pull medication carts and transport residents in wheelchairs as needed. WHY ARTĒGAN?
