Experience preferred and a love for seniors is a MUST. Good leadership skills, organization, quality assurance, attendance, clean background, knowledgeable in healthcare and positive and caring attitudes are a must. Will be expected to manage food ordering and supplies, employee accountability and scheduling, meet DSHS and Infection Control compliance, grievance resolving and coordinating of nutritional care (connect with clinical management) and work closely with line staff and serve and prep meals on a routine basis.
