Home Care Administrator Full-time, 35 - 40 hours per week Mariposa Homecare Cooperative is a soon-to-open, worker-centered homecare co-op dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in Yakima County. Built on principles of collaboration, dignity, and community, we aim to support both our clients and caregivers through an empowering and sustainable care model. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Homecare Administrator to lead the launch and ongoing operations of our cooperative. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a start-up environment and is passionate about building systems, teams, and culture from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the homecare agency, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead the start-up phase, including policy development and operational setup Recruit, train, and supervise caregiving staff Develop and implement care programs that meet client needs and uphold high-quality standards Manage budgeting, billing, and financial oversight in collaboration with the cooperative leadership Foster a positive, inclusive, and cooperative workplace culture Build relationships with community partners, clients, and stakeholders Ensure adherence to cooperative values and governance practices
