Health Dimensions Group is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the leadership and operations in our managed CBRF senior living community of our Dimensions Living portfolio located in Kenosha WI. Your Superpowers) Lead & Inspire Community Operations Provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the 36-bed CBRF community, ensuring high standards of resident care and service Build strong relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners Lead, mentor, and support department leaders to foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth Cultivate a culture centered on teamwork, transparency, and resident-focused service Drive Financial & Business Performance Develop and manage operating budgets for both communities Monitor census trends, occupancy performance, and revenue goals Drive admissions strategy and support census growth initiatives Oversee labor management, expense control, and operational efficiencies Ensure Clinical & Regulatory Excellence Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and licensing requirements Ensure continuous survey readiness Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives Partner closely with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care and safety Strengthen Employee & Resident Engagement Promote employee engagement, retention, and professional development Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Monitor resident satisfaction and proactively address concerns to enhance community experience Enhance Marketing & Community Presence Support sales and marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy Develop relationships with local referral sources, healthcare partners, and community organizations Evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for growth and increased community visibility What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Passion for Senior Care) Educational & Professional Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field required CBRF Administrator license, or ability to complete required certification Leadership & Operational Expertise Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, census growth, and operational oversight Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior living communities Strategic Leadership Skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities Ability to drive operational performance while maintaining a resident-focused culture Perks & Benefits (Because You Deserve It!)
