Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center Free Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Generous Profit Sharing Bonus Plan. Unlimited PTO. Oconto Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead operations at our skilled nursing facility in Oconto, WI. This is a high-impact leadership role for a driven administrator who wants to run a strong building, support a dedicated team, and deliver excellent resident care while being rewarded for performance.
What You'll Do:
Lead the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical, financial, and regulatory performance Drive census growth and maintain strong occupancy through collaboration with admissions and marketing teams Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations Build, lead, and develop department heads and facility staff Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives and achieve facility goals
What We're Looking For:
Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Wisconsin (required) Prior experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills Proven ability to improve census, quality measures, and overall facility performance Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment If you are an Administrator who wants autonomy, strong support, and the ability to directly impact both patient care and financial performance, we want to connect.
