Our 118-bed, 3-star rated center is focused on delivering quality care, operational excellence, and an exceptional resident experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening clinical and operational outcomes, and fostering a culture centered on compassion, accountability, and service. Responsibilities of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Provide overall leadership and daily operational oversight of the facility Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Drive census growth, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement initiatives Collaborate with clinical, financial, and regional leadership teams to achieve operational goals Monitor facility performance metrics including quality measures, staffing, budgeting, and reimbursement Lead department heads and develop a strong leadership culture throughout the building Maintain positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral sources, and community partners Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Wisconsin Prior experience as an LNHA or Assistant Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and healthcare operations Proven leadership and team development skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Passion for improving resident care and facility performance What We Offer for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): Comprehensive benefits package, salary based on experience.
