Friendly Village Nursing and Rehab, a well-established and a trusted provider in the skilled nursing space in Rhinelander, WI, and a proud member of the Eden Senior Care Network, is looking for a caring, outgoing, organized, and detail-oriented Nursing Home Administrator (Interim) to join our team.
Position:
Interim Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) The Interim Nursing Home Administrator must be licensed in Wisconsin and have ideally at least 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Great team to work with, great corporate support, and competitive compensation. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid requirements. Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care administration Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel Plan and coordinate health services Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare outcomes Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in Wisconsin Must have at least 2 years of experience as an LNHA Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills #INDFVLEAD
