Job Overview My client is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a senior care facility specializing in long-term care services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, management, and operational skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for residents with diverse needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care. Duties Manage overall facility operations, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations related to long-term and assisted living care. Supervise staff including nursing, caregiving, and administrative personnel; provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations Coordinate with healthcare professionals such as social workers and medical staff to ensure holistic resident care Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency Ensure quality assurance standards are met or exceeded through regular audits and assessments Foster positive relationships with residents' families, community partners, and regulatory agencies Lead efforts in staff recruitment, retention, and ongoing professional development within the facility Skills Proven management experience in nursing homes or senior living communities with a focus on long-term care operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise multidisciplinary teams effectively Financial acumen including budgeting, resource management, and operational planning Excellent communication skills for engaging residents' families, staff, and external stakeholders Ability to navigate regulatory compliance requirements for nursing homes and retirement communities This position offers a meaningful opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a compassionate team committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.
