Executive Director (Assisted Living) Charter Senior Living of West Bend -
West Bend, WI Starting Salary:

We are seeking a results-driven, people-focused Executive Director to lead our West Bend community. This role requires a strong operator who can balance financial performance, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and sales execution . What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Lead overall community operations , including clinical, sales, and administrative functions Drive occupancy growth through active involvement in sales and marketing strategy Manage P&L performance , including revenue growth and expense control Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance at all times Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team Maintain exceptional resident and family satisfaction Foster a culture aligned with Charter's mission and core values Represent the community professionally within the local market and referral networks What We're Looking For (Requirements) Proven success as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living Strong track record of census growth, sales performance, and financial management Experience managing budgets, staffing models, and operational KPIs Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for serving seniors and creating meaningful experiences Experience with new community lease-up or turnaround (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $115,000/year + performance-based bonus Free medical insurance plan available Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Paid Time Off, Holidays, and Training Education reimbursement & career advancement opportunities Access to earned wages with ZayZoon Supportive leadership culture that values your voice Why Join Charter Senior Living?
