Clinical Instructor - Nursing

UCA invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, on-campus Clinical Instructor I position. Join a collaborative faculty dedicated to student success and clinical excellence in our CCNE-accredited baccalaureate program. This non-tenure track position focuses on teaching didactic, clinical, simulation, and laboratory courses. You will facilitate student learning, engage in scholarship/practice, and provide service at the institutional and professional levels.

Required :

Master's degree in Nursing (minimum), unencumbered Arkansas RN license, clinical or teaching experience in Maternal/Newborn nursing, and a passion for teaching, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to interprofessional collaboration.

Preferred :

Background as a Nurse Educator or faculty at the baccalaureate level, Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS). At UCA, we foster a culture of
