Stay informed about advancements in healthcare education, research developments, and learning technology to enhance instructional methods. Requirements Proven experience supervising students or staff within healthcare specifically long term care or educational settings; prior teaching of two years. Strong knowledge of nurse aide practices including patient care, documentation and transfers Demonstrated ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds while fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere. Excellent communication skills with a solid understanding of medical terminology and nursing administration principles. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
