MSN Full Job Description Summary:
Join our team as a Nursing Instructor and help shape the future of nursing education. In this role, you'll facilitate classroom learning, ensuring students master the course and program outcomes, while following curriculum guidelines. You'll work closely with the Academic Dean and Program Director to deliver high-quality education.Key Responsibilities:
Teach and guide students according to the Faculty Handbook and Statement of Faculty Responsibilities. Develop and execute lesson plans for assigned courses, including creating syllabi and outlining course requirements. Document grades and student interactions in Campus Nexus within 48 hours. Ensure compliance with programmatic accreditation requirements. Maintain a positive classroom environment and supervise student conduct during class and related activities.Qualifications:
Education:
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)Licensing:
Active CA RN License and BLS certificationExperience:
At least 1 year of direct patient care within the relevant nursing field, or 1 academic year of clinical teaching experience in registered nursing. Must have at least 1 year of teaching experience or complete a post-baccalaureate teaching course.Supervisory Responsibilities:
