Our devoted staff will support and help every student complete their program, and once they graduate, they'll assist the student with their job search.

Job Description​​​​​​​We are looking for BSN clinical instructors to join our team on a per diem basis. Must have OB or Pediatrics experience. No prior teaching experience is required!

Teach and supervise nursing students in classroom and clinical settings, focusing on obstetricsCollaborate with faculty to develop, administer, and grade course materials and examinationsEvaluate student performance and maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and clinical skillsParticipate in curriculum development, quality improvement initiatives, and program assessmentOrient and mentor new faculty members in both theory and clinical instructionUtilize adult learning principles and integrate technology in teaching methodsMaintain current knowledge of nursing practices, technologies, and safety regulations in obstetricsParticipate in faculty meetings, committee activities, and student advisingEnsure clinical assignments meet both student learning objectives and facility requirementsSubmit required reports and forms to the program director in a timely mannerMaintain professional development and contribute to the nursing program's mission and goalsPay RangeThe Hourly pay range for this position is $55.00 (minimum), $62.50 (midpoint), and $72.00 (maximum).•Typical hiring range is between the minimum and midpoint of the above pay range. Actual starting base pay may vary based on factors such as education, experience, skills, location and budget.

QualificationsHold a valid, active license issued by the State Board of Registered NursingMaster of Nursing or higher degree from an accredited college or university that includes course work in nursing or education, administration. OB, Pediatrics or PsychiatryAt least four years' experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient careA year of Clinical experience within the last five years (Clinical teaching applies toward direct patient care). Clinically competent as defined in CCR Section 1420(c)Expertise in one of the following areas of nursing - Psychiatric, Geriatrics, Med/Surg, Pediatrics or OB-GynAdditional InformationFor Per diem
