pass rates, and we are looking for educators who are passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of nurses. We have full-time and part-time faculty positions available reporting directly to the Dean of Nursing (DON). Instructors typically teach two classes per term and support students through simulation or clinical assignments. Beyond the classroom, faculty members play a vital role in student success through academic advising, collaboration with leadership, and participation in departmental trainings, meetings, and graduation ceremonies.

What We're Looking For:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required Minimum of four years of nursing experience Prior teaching experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, motivated, and student-focused professionals Proficiency in standard computer applications (Word, Excel, email) Ability to meet all compliance requirements, including background check, drug screening, immunizations, CPR, and HIPAA certification Why Join Fortis College?
