Job Description:

Identifies and documents student performance or conduct concerns, implements appropriate remediation plans, and follows institutional policies for disciplinary action or dismissal when warranted. Evaluates learning resources such as reference material, audio/visual aids, computer-assisted learning programs, and library acquisitions. [Required] Ability to effectively communicate with college administration, faculty, staff, and others internal and external to the organization. [Required] Organizational and administrative skills. [Required] Knowledge of computer programs related to educational duties, including but not limited to word processing, database management, complex data computation, analysis and graphics, presentation development, and distance learning technology. [Required] Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. [Required] Ability to work as a member of a team of highly motivated and experienced individuals. [Required] Ability to maintain commitment to high professional standards with honesty and integrity. [Required]
