Job Description

Supervise LPN students in the Springfield, Illinois area at approved clinical sites Wednesday through Friday for 132 scheduled days per year.
Responsibilities:
  • Orient and observe assigned student group at clinical site
  • Prepare appropriate plans and learning experiences for student group
  • Document clinical observations and/or incidents that occur during clinical
  • Consult directly with students regarding their progression
  • Arrange and complete an orientation with clinical site unit manager
  • Maintain cooperative positive relationship with staff at clinical site
  • Complete an evaluation on each student at the end of each rotation

  • Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 Years Nursing Experience
