Teaching Nursing Full Job Description Job Overview:

American National University of Kentucky (ANU) is seeking qualified and interested Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructors in one or more of the following areas: Basic Skills, Med-Surge Nursing, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and/or Mental Health Nursing. As an Adjunct Clinical Nursing Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching developmental and/or college-level courses, supervising and evaluating students' performance of skills and other nursing activities, and providing direct feedback to students regarding clinical performance.

Responsibilities:

Guiding, facilitating, supervising, and mentoring a group of up to 10 students in a clinical setting Clinical experiences are comprised of hands-on activities with students over a period of 10-weeks Teaching developmental and/or college-level courses, which may include distance-learning courses during the day and evening, on weekdays and weekends Collaborating with full-time nursing faculty at ANU to review student progress in meeting clinical objectives Providing direct feedback to students regarding clinical performance Some travel may be required Join our team as an Adjunct Clinical Instructor and make a difference in the lives of our students through your passion for education and commitment to excellence.
