PartTime About the Opportunity The School of Nursing in the Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University has developed a research-intensive/teaching/learning environment for students and faculty. About the Opportunity The School of Nursing is seeking part-time faculty to teach theoretical and/or clinical courses in the graduate nursing programs. Responsibilities Responsibilities include preparation of lectures, course materials, examinations, and evaluation of student performance in the course. Part- time faculty may work under the direction of the lead faculty for the course and will hold office hours as appropriate. Qualifications As the nursing graduate program offers both Master's of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees, a Master's or doctorate is required depending on the degree the course is in. Five years of experience in a clinical setting within the health care specialty and RN licensure in Massachusetts required. Previous teaching experience at the graduate level highly desirable Position Type Academic Additional Information Northeastern University considers factors such as candidate work experience, education and skills when extending an offer. Pay Range:
The rate per credit is $2085
