DIEM NURSE ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR

(CNA) Coastal Career Academy is seeking a qualified Nurse Assistant Instructor to join our team on a per diem basis . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to train and mentor future Certified Nursing Assistants in a supportive, career-focused environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Nurse Assistant Instructor provides instruction in classroom, lab, and clinical settings in accordance with Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) Nurse Aide Training Program requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver CNA curriculum in classroom and lab settings Supervise students during clinical training Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with Massachusetts DPH regulations Promote professionalism, safety, and student success

QUALIFICATIONS

Approved Nurse Assistant Instructor (NAI) - Massachusetts (Required) Meets all Massachusetts DPH requirements for CNA instruction Current healthcare license (RN or LPN preferred) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience , including long-term care Prior teaching or CNA training experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

SCHEDULE

Per diem / as-needed Evening and/or weekend availability preferred

COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

Pay:

$28.00 - $34.00 per hour
