Adjunct Faculty - School of Nursing - Exam Proctor 1331 Worcester, Massachusetts, United States Description The School of Nursing (Worcester Campus) seeks an adjunct faculty member to be an exam proctor. Monitor students while taking exams each period to maintain exam security and avoid any type of cheating Ensures students have the necessary materials for each exam (laptop, passcodes for exams, paper and writing utensils) Enforces time limits and other examination procedures Notifies appropriate personnel when exam equipment malfunctions. Reports rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations Records attendance and exam completion of exam takers.

Requirements Required:

BSN degree required Basic computer skills (proficient in use of email and Microsoft Office) Ability to give written and oral instructions and to communicate well and professionally Ability to exercise sound judgement and to exercise discretion in handling confidential information Maintain working knowledge of School of Nursing testing policies and procedures Excellent time management Strong decision-making abilities Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended amount of time Previous experience and knowledge of ExamSoft and HESI software is helpful Ability to stand or sit for extended period of time.
