About the Role SisuCare is actively seeking dedicated and passionate CNA Instructors (LPN) to join our growing team of nursing faculty across Montana on a contract basis . This is a unique opportunity to inspire and train the future workforce of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) through our innovative, tech-enabled Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP). As a CNA Instructor (LPN), you'll deliver skills lab and clinical training under RN Program Coordinator supervision, building student competencies for safe, entry-level practice while ensuring OBRA and state compliance. What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging skills laboratory and clinical instruction per the approved NATP curriculum, lesson plans, and scheduled hours Demonstrate/supervise clinical skills using standardized checklists; validate competencies with timely feedback and remediation Set expectations for student success through hands-on teaching, coaching, and mentoring in classroom, lab, and clinical settings Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment emphasizing infection control, resident rights, safety, and ethical care Monitor performance, document attendance, training hours, progress, and competencies per regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records and reinforce federal OBRA (42 CFR §483.152-483.154) and Montana NATP standards Collaborate with Program Coordinator (RN supervisor), faculty, clinical sites, and employers for program quality and outcomes Assist students with LMS technical support and adult learning needs Participate in program evaluations, quality improvement, regulatory reviews, and continuous professional development Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Current, active LPN license in Montana without restrictions Minimum 2 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year in long-term care services Experience teaching/supervising adults, or completion of an adult teaching course Working knowledge of OBRA regulations and Montana NATP requirements Physical capability for instruction: lifting up to 20 lbs, standing extended periods, skill demonstrations Strong communication, organizational skills, and passion for engaging adult learners collaboratively Why Join SisuCare?

Full-Time:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (skills/clinical days)

Part-Time:
