The Nursing Department at NHTI - Concord's Community College is building a talent pool of qualified adjunct faculty to fulfill future instructional needs in nursing and other allied health fields . This is an exciting opportunity to educate and mentor future healthcare professionals , equipping them with the critical knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in patient care and clinical settings. As an adjunct faculty member, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of nurses and allied health professionals , emphasizing real-world applications, evidence-based practice, and hands-on learning . Whether teaching in the classroom or clinical setting , your expertise will help students build a strong foundation in healthcare principles, patient care, and professional ethics . Education :
Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with major study in nursing.Experience :
Three years of teaching preferred and experience in the area of anticipated teaching assignment.License/Certification :
Current license as RN in the State of NH. Employment is contingent on receipt of NH Board of Nursing approval.Residency :
Must reside in NH, VT, ME, MA, RI, or CT.Position Responsibilities:
Course Delivery :
Provide instruction and supervision using curricula aligned with department and program standards.Student Engagement :
Foster active learning through assignments, discussions, and assessments.Assessment & Feedback :
Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress.Professional Development :
Stay current in your field and adhere to institutional and clinical site policies and guidelines.Candidate Pool Process:
