Job Description
Nursing Faculty or Nursing Instructor General Description Harmony Health Care Institute (HHCI), an accredited Post-secondary Career School located in NH has immediate opening for a full-time, part-time or adjunct nursing faculty or nursing instructor positions in its Merrimack, NH campus location. Nursing faculty roles and responsibilities are divided into four major categories and include as follows: teaching and learning (i.e., didactic instruction, nursing skills laboratory instruction, and clinical practicum supervision), service to the institution, program, profession and community; professional competence and scholarship, professional development, and clinical practice expertise.
Nursing Faculty or Nursing Instructor Specific Requirements :
HHCI is looking to hire registered nurses or Advanced Practice Registered who possess at least a bachelor's degree in nursing with four years of relevant clinical nursing practice experience and/or a master's degree in nursing, public health, healthcare administration/leadership, health promotion, any other academic field related to healthcare with at least three years of relevant clinical nursing practice experience. An applicant's resume or CV shall clearly document the clinical nursing practice experience in all the applicable clinical areas (i.e., Adult Health, Gerontology, Medical/Surgical, Mental Health, Community Health, OB/GYN/Women's Health, Maternal/Child, Pediatrics, et cetera). Prior teaching experience is a plus but not required.Nursing Faculty or Nursing Instructor Essential Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook); competent in using web-based teaching/learning resources, electronic student records management database, possess above-average verbal/written communication skills, and sound professional attributes; and is open to working in a culturally diverse educational environment.Nursing Faculty/Instructor Compensation :
