Job Description:

The Practical Nursing (PN) Instructor provides classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to students enrolled in a growing PN program. This role supports student learning, promotes safe and competent nursing practice, and ensures that instruction aligns with state regulations, program standards, and current evidence-based nursing practice.

Key responsibilities include:

curriculum development, faculty recruitment and evaluation, didactic, skills, and clinical instruction, budget management, student retention, and maintaining clinical partnerships.
