Week Contract-to-Hire Schedule:

Full-time, with flexible hours to support clinical sessions. Exact hours and days will be arranged during the interview process to match your availability with the clinical schedule. Part-time arrangements can also be discussed. Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MSN-prepared Clinical Nurse Faculty to lead clinical instruction across multiple student levels (Foundations through Capstone). You will mentor and evaluate students in clinical settings and collaborate with faculty to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

What You'll Do:

Teach clinical experiences in medical-surgical nursing across multiple student levels (Foundations through Capstone) Mentor and evaluate nursing students, providing timely and constructive feedback Lead pre- and post-clinical discussions to reinforce course objectives and learning outcomes Collaborate with faculty and clinical staff to ensure quality and compliance Develop and implement individualized remediation plans for students as needed What we're looking for: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required Active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio (or multistate privilege) Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience preferred Why Work at Alto?
