Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (Mornings 8:00am-12:00/1:00pm, Evenings 4:00pm-10:00pm, Clinicals Fridays)

Contract-to-Hire The Opportunity Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an OB Nursing Instructor to support a nursing program in the Cincinnati, OH area. This is a full-time role supporting both RN and PN programs, including classroom instruction and clinical supervision. This opportunity is ideal for nurses looking to transition into a teaching role with a path to permanent faculty. The Work Teach OB nursing content in both classroom and clinical settings Support students in RN and PN programs Lead clinical rotations and hands-on learning experiences Provide feedback, evaluation, and student support Collaborate with faculty and program leadership The Fit Active RN license (Ohio or compact) BSN required; MSN preferred Ability to teach both classroom and clinical OB content Minimum 2-3 years of OB or relevant bedside experience Experience with simulation (SIM / high-fidelity mannequin) a plus Prior teaching or precepting experience preferred Be sure to apply and don't miss out on this opportunity!
