Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE
At NSCC, we are always seeking a pool of qualified instructors to teach part-time, in person and/or hybrid/online, college level courses in the following areas within theNursing & Allied Health Division:
RN Clinical & Lab and Medical Assisting . Interested candidates must submit an online employment application, resume/curriculum vitae, and unofficial transcripts to be considered.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
These positions are responsible for instructing, supervising, and evaluating student progress in the classroom. Part-time instructors will also work closely with the full-time faculty and the dean in their leadership, development, assessment, and evaluation of curriculum.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS RN
Clinical & Lab- The qualified applicant must have, at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (Master's degree preferred), two years' work experience as a registered nurse, and an active Ohio nursing license. Medical Assisting & Phlebotomy- The qualified applicant must have an Associate's degree in Medical Assisting. Must hold either a CMA (AAMA) or RMA (AMT) Medical Assisting Credential.
