Job Description

Job Summary Are you a passionate healthcare professional who enjoys teaching and mentoring future caregivers? Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School Adult Education is seeking a qualified Nursing Assistant Instructor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge and experience while helping students prepare for rewarding careers in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction in a Nursing Assistant Training Program. Prepare students to successfully complete approved nurse aide training and prepare for the

NHA CCMA

test. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

Current Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) license in good standing. Minimum of two years of nursing experience, including experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill. Previous teaching, training, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
