Assistant Professor | Nursing

The Nursing Department at Misericordia University is accepting applications for full-time, 10-month, non-tenure track faculty position atour Dallas, PA campus, beginning August 2026. This position may include didactic, lab and/or clinical teaching in undergraduate and/orgraduate programs. This is not a remote position; an on-campus presence is required.

Qualifications:

A Masters degree in nursing isrequired, doctorate strongly preferred.

Other qualifications include:

Current unencumbered Pennsylvania RN license Post-secondary teaching experience in nursing Experience overseeing students in clinical practice settings Experienceteaching nursing students in lab and/or simulation preferred The Misericordia University Nursing Departments (undergraduate andgraduate) are fully accredited by CCNE. Undergraduate programs include a traditional BS, Part-time evening BSN, and ABSN. Graduate programsinclude preparation for Family Individual Across the Life Span Nurse Practitioners and Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioners via the MSN,BSN-DNP or Post-Masters Certificate.
