Nurse Aide Instructor (LPN) - Pennsylvania

About SisuCare Education SisuCare is actively seeking dedicated and passionate CNA Instructors (LPN) to join our growing team of nursing faculty across Pennsylvania. This is a unique opportunity to deliver hands-on training for the next generation of CNAs via our innovative, tech-enabled Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program (NATCEP)—with RN supervisor support. As an LPN Instructor, you'll teach the PDE-approved curriculum under approved RN supervision (available by phone), ensuring student success and full compliance. We offer flexible scheduling options (Cohort Assignment-Based) to fit your lifestyle and commitments.

What You'll Do:

Instruct NATCEP curriculum in compliance with federal/state regs; review/revise annually for accuracy and relevance (quizzes, tests, materials) Plan/develop educational content to meet PDE requirements; provide leadership on program goals/objectives Deliver engaging instruction with hands-on teaching, coaching, remedial assistance, and guidance to Assistant/Resource Instructors Foster an inclusive environment promoting patient care excellence; resolve student/staff issues Evaluate performance via observation, skill checks; collaborate on Performance Checklists (RN signs off) Maintain records of attendance, hours, outcomes; assist with student interviews/enrollment Participate in PDE compliance reviews and stay current in practice Support LMS access and perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania without limitations Two years' LPN experience, with at least one year in long-term care TTE certificate and CHRI per

of 1997 PDE approval (or willingness to obtain—we can assist!) Physical capability: lifting up to 20 lbs, extended standing, demonstrations Strong skills in adult learner engagement, organization, communication, and leadership Passion for education and teamwork (under RN supervision: phone-available, signs reports/schedules/checklists) Why Join SisuCare?
