Lead Nursing Faculty (MSN)

Prism Career Institute is hiring full-time Lead Nursing Faculty to provide high-quality classroom, lab, and clinical instruction. You'll play a key role in developing future nurses in a supportive, student-centered environment. What You'll Do Teach face-to-face in our day or evening nursing programs Use innovative, engaging teaching methods to support student learning Track student progress and provide timely feedback Supervise clinical experiences and proctored exams Offer weekly academic support/tutoring sessions Maintain lesson plans and ensure curriculum compliance Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and training events Help students thrive and embody the mission of Prism Career Institute What You'll Need MSN degree required At least 5 years of nursing experience or 2 years of teaching + 2 years of practice Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Teaching experience preferred but not required Schedule Options Full-time | 40 hours/week Morning or Evening Track Sunday-Saturday availability required (varies by cohort) In-person instruction (didactic, lab, and clinical) Benefits 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
