Villanova University College of Nursing has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct (part-time) nutrition faculty to provide instruction in nutrition related courses. Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the course objectives of the course to which they are assigned and be familiar with the overall curriculum of the College of Nursing. Provide supervision of students in the classroom setting. Assist the students to accomplish the objectives of the course. Validate students' understanding of theoretical, scientific and evidence based concepts to meet course objectives. Evaluate and provide feedback to students on their accomplishment of course objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's in speciality; licensure or eligibility for licensure in speciality (nutrition) in Pennsylvania. Experience in discipline required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in academic teaching and willingness to be flexible in fulfilling responsibilities. Physical Requirements and/or
