Nursing LPN Teaching Nursing Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Practical Clinical Nursing Instructor to join our team for a 61-week commitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical and classroom instruction to nursing students, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their nursing careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured lectures and clinical demonstrations in various nursing disciplines. Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings, providing timely and constructive feedback. Develop and update curriculum materials in line with current nursing practices and standards. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and educational staff to enhance learning experiences. Facilitate a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); Master's Degree preferred. A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience. Prior teaching experience in a clinical or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Commitment:

The position requires a commitment of 61 weeks, with possibilities for extension based on performance and institutional needs.
