JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing at the Penn State Mont Alto Campus has openings for part-time instructors in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program for the Fall of 2026. Job Duties Clinical instruction of students in all levels of the program at various clinical site locations. Areas of practice include medical-surgical, critical care, community health, pediatrics, maternal-child, mental health, and geriatric nursing. Requirements and Qualifications A Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a related Graduate degree and recent clinical experience is required. Current Pennsylvania RN license. Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
