Skills Proven clinical or educational settings with a strong ability to mentor students effectively. Proficiency with learning technology platforms including LMS (Learning Management System) tools for course delivery and assessment tracking. Extensive teaching hospital experience across various units such as ICU, acute care, and primary care environments. Solid understanding of nursing research methodologies and application within educational contexts. Expertise in curriculum development tailored for adult learners in higher education settings. In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, patient care procedures, and documentation review processes. Strong background in nursing administration or nurse management roles within hospital or long-term care facilities. Experience with classroom instruction and working directly with students to develop comprehensive care plans. Familiarity with phlebotomy procedures, critical care practices, senior care protocols, and working with diverse patient populations.
