Alto Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking Clinical Instructors (BSN) for a 12-week contract opportunity in Norfolk, VA. This is a rewarding opportunity to guide nursing students in a real-world medical setting, helping shape the next generation of nurses.

Specialties looking for:

Med Surg, OB, Pediatrics Responsibilities:

Supervise and instruct nursing students in a hospital setting Ensure students meet clinical objectives during a 12-week term Provide hands-on instruction in areas like catheter insertion, hygiene, wound care, surgical care, and more Oversee a student group of up to 10 (many groups are smaller) Deliver instruction during day shifts (8-12 hours per day) Provide constructive feedback and mentorship

Requirements:
