The Charge Nurse will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring that the highest standards of nursing practices are maintained. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care settings and be passionate about providing quality care to patients. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure effective patient care delivery. Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with medical records documentation and maintain accurate patient records. Provide guidance on sterile processing techniques and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to perform diagnostic evaluations and implement treatment plans. Requirements Valid nursing license with relevant certifications. Experience in acute care settings is preferred. Proficiency in basic life support techniques. Knowledge of sterile processing standards is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
