2 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for a contract opportunity at a sub-regional outpatient clinic in rural Alaska. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, coordinating patient care flow, managing staffing, and serving as a liaison between the clinic and regional healthcare departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader looking to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community while earning a highly competitive rate. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow Ensure accurate and current medical documentation Coordinate communication between clinic staff and regional departments Supervise and support clinic nursing staff Assist with staffing and scheduling needs Maintain compliance with healthcare regulatory standards Support continuity of care across the healthcare continuum Utilize EMR systems effectively (Cerner experience preferred) Qualifications Active Alaska RN license in good standing BSN required MSN or Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required 5+ years of progressive nursing management experience preferred Current BLS certification required Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to rural healthcare environments Additional Requirements Proof of completedCOVID-19
