Job Description:

Manages daily operations of a sub-regional outpatient clinic to ensure coordinated patient flow and delivery of care. Acts as liaison between regional hospital departments and remote clinic sites. Oversees staffing and supports workforce coverage needs. Ensures accurate and current medical records and supports documentation required for reimbursement and healthcare compliance. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care across the continuum. Provides leadership in clinical and operational decision-making within scope of practice and organizational guidelines. Ensures adherence to regulatory standards and supports quality improvement initiatives.

Education:

BSN required MSN or Master's in healthcare-related field preferred

Licenses and Certification:

Active Alaska RN License (required) BLS (required)

Experience:
