Job Description

Unit Manager RN- Long Term Care Shift:
8:00am-5:00pm (Full-time)

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center a long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager RN. As a Unit Manager RN , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population. Unit Manager RN Key Duties Manage and supervise nursing staff, Including RN's, LPN's, and CNA's, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care. Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and ensure open communication. Perform other job-related duties as they become required. Unit Manager RN Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of Alabama. CPR certification required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care or a related setting. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
