Job Summary:

As a Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our rehabilitation and wellness center on weekends, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and support staff on weekends Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Conduct rounds on patients, address concerns and complaints, and make necessary adjustments to care plans Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Alabama Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong clinical knowledge and skills Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
