The Behavioral Health unit offers high-acuity psych nursing exposure across adult and geriatric populations with deeply integrated interdisciplinary teams, and the Behavioral Health Director will find modernized environments, streamlined EHR workflows, real-time quality dashboards, and specialty consults that accelerate skill growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and partnering closely with the Behavioral Health Medical Director, the Psychiatric Nurse Director will lead daily operations, budgeting and staffing, accreditation readiness, infection prevention, throughput, and experience-of-care initiatives. The Behavioral Health Director role is supported by nurse managers, clinical educators, case management, social work, pharmacy, and quality teams, and will mentor friendly nurses within a diverse, multidisciplinary workforce dedicated to equity, inclusion, and frontline-driven improvement while advancing protocols, order sets, and outcomes for psych services.
