In this energetic leadership position, you will oversee daily nursing operations, coordinate patient care, and mentor staff to ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence. Your expertise will drive exceptional patient outcomes, foster a collaborative environment, and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Lead and coordinate nursing staff to deliver comprehensive patient care geriatrics, and emergency medicine. Conduct thorough patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations to inform individualized care plans. Administer medications. Provide guidance on complex cases involving dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice services, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Valid LPN license with current state licensure required; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth; familiarity with
ICD-9/10
coding essential for medical documentation. Experience working with geriatrics, individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
