Registered Nurse's Please apply TODAY! Mobile Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for the 7pm-7am Shift. As a RN Charge Nurse , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing compassionate care to the elderly population. Registered Nurse Key Duties Administers and records medications and treatments. Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals. Manage and supervise nursing staff including LPN's, and CNA's, to ensure the delivery of excellent resident care. Monitor resident health and well-being, and coordinate with healthcare providers to address medical concerns. Perform other job-related duties as they become required. Registered Nurse RN Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of AL. CPR certification required. Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
