RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse) Every Other Weekend | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Everstead Health & Rehab | Russellville, AL Are you an RN looking for a leadership opportunity that allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining work-life balance? Everstead Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our team every other weekend . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading clinical teams, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment. What You'll Do Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures Assist with clinical decision-making and resident assessments Monitor documentation and nursing practices for accuracy and compliance Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Respond to resident concerns and clinical issues as they arise Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff Promote a positive, resident-centered culture throughout the facility Qualifications Active Alabama RN license in good standing Previous skilled nursing, long term care, rehabilitation, or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Commitment to providing exceptional resident care and customer service Why Join Everstead Health & Rehab?
